Intelecy has received the 2026 Frost & Sullivan Enabling Technology Leadership Recognition in the European no-code industrial AI market. The recognition highlights the value Intelecy customers are creating from operational data, through improvements in efficiency, quality, uptime and sustainability.
Across Intelecy’s customer base, customers have on average seen a 25% increase in efficiency, a 60% reduction in waste and a 40% decrease in emissions, results that are also reflected in Frost & Sullivan’s analysis.
Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices Recognition programme evaluates multiple companies in each market over a 12-month research process, assessing both technology leverage and customer impact. Criteria include innovation, commercial success, the purchase experience, customer ownership and the ability to create lasting value for customers.
In its recognition analysis, Frost & Sullivan highlighted Intelecy’s core differentiator: giving process engineers and operators the tools to solve operational challenges using their own domain expertise, without coding or a data science team. Teams can go from raw data to working models in a day rather than months, and models trained at one site can be redeployed across others. The platform connects to existing industrial systems through standard protocols such as OPC-UA.
The recognition also pointed to hybrid AI with synthetic tags, a single dashboard that brings insights and impact together, and the recent addition of MCP support, which lets engineers work with their models and plant data through AI assistants. Frost & Sullivan noted Intelecy’s ability to listen to customers and ship new features quickly, which shortens the path from an operational challenge to a practical solution, and the company’s plan to offer prescriptive models that recommend actions to reach production targets.
The recognition also points to the people behind Intelecy, including the experience of CEO Camilla Gjetvik, who previously scaled the Norwegian conversational AI company boost.ai into a leading international player, and the strength of Intelecy’s data science team. That expertise is built into the product, so customers don’t need data scientists of their own, and Intelecy’s customer success team works alongside customers until models are running in daily operations.
Just as important are the people on the customer side. At customers like Shell, Gassco, GC Rieber VivoMega and Veas, it is their own engineers who build and run the models, using their knowledge of their own process. That ownership is what makes the results trusted, and what turns industrial AI from a pilot into something that runs every day.
